Our time here at Apimondia 2025 is in full swing, and the Manuka Orchard team continues to work hard on the stand - meeting people, generating leads, and creating new opportunities for honey sales across a wide mix of countries.
It’s been inspiring to have conversations with visitors from every corner of the globe - Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. Each brings a unique perspective on honey, apiculture, and trade, but one thing is clear: there’s huge international demand for quality New Zealand honey.
The highlight for me has been the incredible feedback we’ve had on the Mānuka honey featured at our stand. Time and again people have commented on the richness, flavour, and quality - so a big thank you to everyone back home (bees included!) who played their part in producing such a top-shelf product.

We were also honoured to be invited to Copenhagen Town Hall for pancakes - apparently an invitation
that doesn’t come around often! Sharing a meal in such an iconic building, alongside fellow delegates, was a real privilege and one of those “only at Apimondia” moments.
Weather-wise, it actually feels a lot like home, overcast skies and around 12 degrees – so in a way, it’s easy to settle in and feel comfortable while we’re so far from New Zealand.
As Apimondia continues, our focus remains on building connections, learning from the global industry, and proudly promoting not just Mānuka, but the diverse honeys of New Zealand to the world.

Awesome to see the signage went well!
